POSITION
MISSION
RESPONSIBILITIES
Set up users accounts and profiles and dealing with password issues
Replace parts if necessary
Develop a help desk service to operators, engineers or administration personnel
Establish weekly plan and summary of IT events
Interface the IT service provider for any technical issue
Support the roll-out of new applications incl ERP
Become ERP super key user after go live
EDUCATION BACKGROUND AND TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES
Bachelor Degree, IT majored preferred with five years working experience
Organizational skills and ability to prioritize
Capacity to analyse, problems solving
Proficient Computer Skills
Software administration
Windows active directory and users
Microsoft Exchange
Windows 7
Office 2010 Pack
Enterprise Resource Planning software
SAP
Hardware/Network administration
Basic knowledge of server, network to work with our IT service provider
Rigour and responsiveness
Customer service spirit
Good Verbal and Written Communication skills
